Roles & Responsibilities
- Providing personal care assistant
- Administering medication
- Manual handling, using equipment where required.
- Promoting health and well-being of service users and enabling them to live their life.
Your Experience & Suitability for The Role:
We want to ensure that our service users receive the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally caring, compassionate and patient. We want people who will care for our service users as if it was their family.
We as a company will ensure that you have all the right training and development because we care for our care assistants. It is important to us that you feel fully supported and equipped for the role.
You Must Have:
- Full & Valid UK Driving Licence
- Access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent level of English
When working with us:
This role offers flexibility to work around your own home life. You can choose the number of hours you require e.g., 25-30 hours per week. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too. We will require you to work:
- Alternate Weekends as well as Mornings (7am onwards) OR
- Evenings (10pm finish at the latest)
